OUR TECHS REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING
All our techs go to school to learn about the John Deere equipment they are working on. They also are aware of what changes are going to be taking place. Over 50% of our techs have their Hydraulic, Electrical and Service Advisor Certifications. Our master techs have attended over 200 hours of school. Along with their Advanced Degrees, Master techs attend 64 hours of Core Training, 8 hours of Selling and Marketing, 16 hours of Resource Utilization, and 112 hours of Product Application.
